The 50-year-old celebrity got engaged in October of last year while on vacation in Greece. She is the stepmother of Louie and ex-wife Marisa DiMartino’s kids Louie Jr. and Nicholas, and she has three children with her first husband Joe Giudice: Gia, 21, Gabriella, 18, Milania, 16, and Adriana, 13.
At the moment, Louie said on Instagram: “You are my soulmate, my greatest friend, and the LOVE of my life.
“I swear that I will always love you and be at your side for the rest of my life, along with your four stunning kids.
